New Enterprise Offering · Event Connectivity

Stop Overpaying for Hotel Internet.

We deliver dedicated, high-speed internet to corporate ballrooms and meeting rooms at a significant discount compared to hotel-attached vendors — and we help clients negotiate away restrictive hotel outside vendor fees.

Save Thousands on Event Internet & Avoid Unfair Venue Surcharges

40%–70% Lower Rates

In-house hotel telecom vendors exploit venue exclusivity, charging inflated daily rates for basic bandwidth. We deliver enterprise-grade event connectivity at a fraction of their cost.

Transparent flat pricing, no surprise line-items

We Negotiate Hotel Fees

Hotels routinely intimidate clients with "outside vendor fees", exorbitant patch charges, or exclusivity threats. We review your venue contract fine print and negotiate directly with hotel management to waive or slash these fees.

Hotel contract audit included with every inquiry

Enterprise Reliability

High-density Wi-Fi 6/6E access points, dedicated symmetrical gigabit throughput, custom branded splash portals, and low-latency lines built specifically for live keynotes, streaming, and breakout rooms.

Dedicated on-site technicians & multi-carrier failover

Discovery Questionnaire for LED Wall Sales Reps Retail Facade Qualification

5 qualification questions to diagnose window orientation, viewing distance, transparency, mullions, and creative scope.

1. "Which direction does your storefront glass face, and does it receive direct midday sunlight?"

Brightness (Nits)

Target: Prevents visual washout. South/West glass in direct sun needs high-output tiles (3,500–6,000 Nits). Shaded street storefronts look punchy at 2,500 Nits, while indoor malls or north-facing glass need only 1,000–1,500 Nits.

2. "Where is your primary audience looking from — sidewalk pedestrians right against the window, or vehicles across the street?"

Pixel Pitch (mm)

Target: Determines pixel pitch. Pedestrians within 15ft require tight pitch (P3.91–P4.8) for crisp logos and product text. Vehicle or plaza traffic across the street (>30ft) looks sharp on P8–P16 with maximum transparency and lower cost.

3. "Do shoppers and staff inside the store need to see outside clearly through the glass during business hours?"

Transparency %

Target: Preserves store natural lighting and merchandising. Active retail sales floors need 80%–95% see-through clarity. If the display is positioned in front of a solid partition or display niche, lower transparency (70%) is acceptable.

4. "Does the storefront window have metal framing / mullion bars dividing the glass panes?"

Hardware & Install Spec

Target: Mullions allow power supply boxes to be hidden behind structural bars, but require modular cut-to-fit sizing (+25% creative layout compensation). Seamless single glass requires edge bezel management.

5. "Do you have in-house motion designers, or do you want our creative team to produce tailor-made 3D / motion graphics?"

Creative Scope & Upsell

Target: Transparent screens look 10x better with purpose-built transparent video (black backgrounds drop to invisible glass). Upsell Tier 2 ($5,000) or 3D anamorphic depth illusions Tier 3 ($12,000).

Phase 1 — Environment & Product Selection

Phase 2 — Dimensions & Options

Transparency Required
Client needs to see through glass from inside
Structural Mullions Present
Window has vertical/horizontal metal bars
EXW Vendor (Non-US)
Adds 15% for shipping & import duties
Sales Engineering & Flypack Sizing

Event Network Sizing & Pricing Calculator

Dimension live event connectivity, bill of materials (BOM), day rates, and sales anchor pricing.

Discovery Questionnaire for Sales Reps 5 Rapid Diagnostic Checks

Arm sales reps with these qualification questions to diagnose the right tier and anchor price.

1. "What is the venue asking to charge for dedicated internet drops?"

Anchor Target

Target: Anchor pricing against the in-house telecom quote ($4,000–$25,000+). Pricing at 60–70% of the venue quote guarantees immediate client approval while preserving high margins.

2. "Are we carrying live broadcast streams, or strictly driving local ballroom screens?"

Bonding Tier

Target: Identifies whether smooth packet-bonding (Starlink + 5G SpeedFusion) is required for zero-drop streaming, or if standard sub-second failover suffices.

3. "How many breakout rooms require presentations pulling from cloud servers or remote presenters?"

Edge Switches & Fiber

Target: Sizes secondary edge switches and opticalCON fiber runs between the main ballroom core and remote meeting rooms.

4. "Is audience connectivity handled by the venue, or are you looking to provide dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi for VIPs, press, and staff?"

Wi-Fi Scope

Target: Distinguishes between Production-Only (Tier 1), Staff/Media Private Bubble (Tier 2, 25% concurrency), and Public Guest Wi-Fi (Tier 3, 60% concurrency).

5. "Where is the nearest clear outdoor sky exposure relative to our production area?"

Ingress Budget

Target: Determines the ingress cable run budget (under 80 meters for tactical CAT6A etherCON vs. long-haul tactical single-mode fiber through roof-hatches or freight docks).

Event Parameters & Venue Scope

Main-stage keynotes (6 drops + 50 Mbps broadcast base each)
Edge session rooms (2 drops + 1 AP + 1 switch each)
Total concurrent attendance across all rooms
Airtime contention & active device density ratio
Combined footprint across all ballrooms & rooms
Zero-drop packet bonding vs standard multi-WAN failover
Active conference & broadcast show days
Billed at 50% equipment rental day-rate
Roof-hatch / loading dock run to outdoor antennas
In-house telecom quote used for anchor savings & margin

Derived Dimensioning & Sizing Metrics

Production Drops 12 6 core + 6 breakout
Access Points (AP) 8 5 area + 3 breakout
Bandwidth Target 448 Mbps Symmetrical
WAN Links 4 3 Starlink + 1 5G
Managed Switches 4 1 Core + 3 Edge
Ingress Trunk CAT6A < 80m run
